1. Platform Overview

PestKonnect acts as a digital marketplace connecting homeowners and businesses seeking pest control services (the "Customers") with independent local pest control professionals (the "Providers"). We do not provide pest control services directly.

• For Customers: Submitting a service request is completely free. We match your request with relevant Providers in your area.
• For Providers: Creating a portal account allows you to view available leads in your service area. Unlocking a lead to access customer contact information may require credits or payment as governed by your specific account tier.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Platform (such as the Provider Portal), you must register for an account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.

3. Provider Obligations

By registering as a Provider on PestKonnect, you agree to the following obligations:

• Licensing and Insurance: You must maintain all necessary state and federal licenses, certifications, and adequate insurance required to perform pest control services in your selected service areas.
• Professional Conduct: You agree to communicate with Customers professionally and respectfully.
• Accurate Quoting: You agree that quotes provided to Customers will be fair, transparent, and reflective of the services requested.

4. Lead Workflows and No Guarantee

PestKonnect facilitates the matching process and the distribution of job leads. However, we do not guarantee that Customers will hire a specific Provider, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information submitted by Customers. PestKonnect is not a party to the contract or agreement formed between a Customer and a Provider, and we do not guarantee commercial outcomes or specific conversion rates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PestKonnect, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Providers, nor the ability of Customers to pay for those services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of PestKonnect or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes regarding Platform workflows, fees, or account rules will be communicated via email or posted prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
